New Share Capital

With immediate effect, the Company's new share capital stands at 2,884,424,130.50 euros. This increase in capital brings about a stronger foundation for L'AIR LIQUIDE S.A.'s operations.

The new share capital is now divided into 524,440,751 fully paid-up shares, with a par value of 5.50 euros each. This reflects L'AIR LIQUIDE S.A.'s commitment to providing valuable opportunities for its employees.
