Nutanix, a leading cloud-computing company, has raised its fiscal-year revenue outlook and aims to capitalize on its recent partnerships.

Revenue Growth Forecast

Nutanix now targets a fiscal-year revenue of $2.095 billion to $2.125 billion, surpassing the previous forecast of $2.085 billion to $2.115 billion.

Strong Contract Value Billings

The company has also raised its annual contract value billings forecast to $1.08 billion to $1.1 billion for the fiscal year, up from the previous target of $1.075 billion to $1.095 billion.

Increased Cash Flow Expectations

Nutanix is aiming for annual free cash flow of $340 million to $360 million, showing significant growth from the previous estimate of $280 million to $300 million.

Positive Fiscal Second Quarter Outlook

For the fiscal second quarter, Nutanix projects revenue of $545 million to $555 million, surpassing analyst expectations of $534.1 million, according to a FactSet survey.

Strengthened Partnerships

Nutanix's recent partnership with Cisco has further established its presence in the market. As part of this partnership, Cisco now sells Nutanix's software on their hardware, discontinuing its competing HyperFlex platform. Affected customers are redirected to Nutanix's hyperconverged infrastructure offering.
